Following feedback from stakeholders, some minor amendments and additions have been made to some of the tables in order to provide additional context to the data, as follows: We have made a correction to the number of IPs licenced by the IPA at 1 January 2021. In table 3, the number of monitoring visits by the IPA where the decision has not yet been finalised has been reduced to 23. An addition has also been made to the ‘plans for improvement’ line to provide examples used by the different RPBs, and a footnote added to explain that multiple advisory notices may be issued during a monitoring visit. We have amended the nil entries in tables 3, 4 and 16, in line with previous reviews, to reflect that not all outcomes are applicable to all the RPBs. A footnote has been added to table 11 to explain that the IPA licenses and regulates the majority of IPs at IVA volume providers.
