Re: Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request
Thank you for your email of 06 January in which you requested from the Insolvency Service:
Under the Freedom of Information act, can I please ask that you provide a list of names and job titles of:
• managers, directors and senior staff that work within User Research, Service Design, Interaction Design, Content Design and User centred Design
Your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
I can confirm the agency holds the information that you have requested and it is provided in the table below.
Please note that I have included positions of grade C2/SEO or above for this response.
Directorate | Job Role | Grade |
---|---|---|
Business Services | Head of Insight | G7 |
Business Services | Senior Content Designer | C2 (SEO) |
Business Services | User Researcher | C2 (SEO) |
Digital Technology Services | Service Designer | C2 (SEO) |
Chief Executive Division | Service Designer | C2 (SEO) |
The names of staff have not been included because they are personal data and therefore exempt from disclosure under s40(2) of the FOIA.
Personal data can only be released if to do so would not contravene any of the data protection principles set out in Article 5(1) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation. This is an absolute exemption and does not require a public interest test.
The individuals to whom the information relates would not have reasonably expected the information to be released outside of the Insolvency Service. I also do not consider that disclosure to the general public is necessary for the purposes of openness and transparency in relation to how the agency is structured.
