I would like to make a request for the following information relating to the authority’s current Multi-Functional Devices and printing/scanning services contract(s)

I can confirm the agency holds the information that you have requested and I have provided answers to your questions.
The responses for question 1-4 are already published on the contract finder notice which can be found here. The rest of your questions are addressed below:
- Annual Mono - 1,456,632 Annual Colour - 417,408 – please note that these are estimates based on the data we have for the previous quarter. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the associated work from home mandate, usage of office printers has reduced. This has led to a limited data set that may not be accurate.

- Managed Service provided by Ricoh provisioning PaperCut MF & SLNX, with PaperCut Integrated scanning application to be configured to provide following services: Scan to eMail and Scan to Network folder.
- All MFDs are colour with a default setting of black and white for printing and copying
- Wisdom, provided by Daisy.

Personal data can only be released if to do so would not contravene any of the data protection principles set out in Article 5(1) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation. This is an absolute exemption and does not require a public interest test.
- We hold 810 Adobe Acrobat Pro DC licences. We no longer use reader as a freely installed product.
