Re: Freedom of Information Act 2000

Thank you for your email of 28 October in which you requested from the Insolvency Service:

I would like to submit a FOI request for the following questions regarding your department:

  1. How many mobile phones does the department have?

  2. And on what network?

  3. When is the contract end date?

Your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

I have provided the requested information below.

The department currently has 1934 mobile phones and the network provider for them is EE. The contracts are due to end in the third quarter of 2020.

If you are not satisfied with the response we have provided you and would like us to reconsider our decision by way of an internal review (IR), please contact our Information Rights Team at [email protected] or by post at:

You also have the right to contact the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) if you wish for them to investigate any complaint you may have regarding our handling of your request. However, please note that the ICO is likely to expect an IR to have been completed in the first instance.
