Thank you for your email of 09 November in which you requested from the Insolvency Service:

I am writing to you to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please send me the following in relation to the Insolvency Service's Special Manager Panel 2020 Tender Process:

  1. A list of all businesses that made an application to join the above panel

  2. A list of all businesses who were successfully appointed to the above panel

  3. A list of all businesses who were unsuccessful in the above tender process

  4. The complete scoring and/or evaluation matrix along with any supplementary commentary by insolvency service staff re: all businesses that made an application to join this panel.

  5. If not covered at point 4, specific reasons why each unsuccessful applicant was not appointed to the above panel.

  6. Copies of all submitted tender applications for this panel

If the release of any of this information is prohibited on the grounds of confidentiality, I would ask that you supply me with copies of the confidentiality agreement in the invitation to tender documentation
