What was discussed

The Interministerial Group welcomed a new Minister for the Economy from the Northern Ireland Executive.

The Group then discussed the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), next steps in the context of intergovernmental engagement on the Net Zero Strategy and the outcomes of the recent COP26 Climate Change Conference.
