Referrals to the Secretary of State for Health made by the Health Scrutiny Committee for Lincolnshire, the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Joint Health and Overview Scrutiny Committee and by the Yorkshire and the Humber Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee. The proposed changes relate to services provided from Alder Hay Children’s Hospital, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, Freeman Hospital Newcastle, Glenfield Hospital Leicester, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children London, Leeds General Infirmary, Royal Brompton Hospital London, Evelina Children’s Hospital London and Southampton General Hospital.
