2015 Kosovo-UK Double Taxation Convention

Details

The Double Taxation Convention entered into force on 16 December 2015.

The convention is effective in Kosovo from 1 January 2016 for:

• withheld taxes on income
• other taxes

It’s effective in the UK from:

• 1 January 2016 for withheld taxes on amounts paid or credited
• 1 April 2016 for Corporation Tax
• 6 April 2016 for Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax
