Details
The PCA has published an advice note that relates to express provisions in the Pubs Code which stop POBs from recovering from the tenant any increase in the tied rent during the MRO procedure, or where a MRO option is agreed, other than where the MRO gateway is renewal.
The PCA has published guidance designed to provide more clarity on beer waste and duty for pub tenants when they are negotiating their tied rents.
The PCA and Deputy PCA have published further awards, providing information about the interpretation of the law and its application in individual cases considered by them within statutory arbitration proceedings.
Complete the PCA MRO Questionnaire if you are a tenant who has received a Market Rent Only (MRO) Proposal from your pub company since the Pubs Code came into force.
