This report by the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council (IIAC) recommends a change to the list of prescribed diseases for which people can claim Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit.

The council recommends that the terms of prescribed disease B15 (anaphylaxis) be revised to refer to “regular contact with products made with natural rubber latex” – without limiting the prescription to work in healthcare.
