Details

The National Law Enforcement Data Programme (NLEDP) and the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPPC) are working together to develop the Law Enforcement Data Service (LEDS). LEDS is a cloud-based service and will replace the Police National Computer (PNC) by 2026.

This equality impact assessment is a result of collaboration between the Home Office and the police. It contains guidelines on how to eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment, victimisation, and any other conduct prohibited by the Equality Act.
