Occasional Paper 107 supports residents and service providers who wish to put in place a neighbourhood agreement in their local area, summarising the key recommendations and learning from research into design, delivery and development of agreements in five pathfinder areas.

The research involved focus groups with local residents, interviews with service providers, and a street survey. The paper sets out several suggestions that will help those interested in developing a neighbourhood agreement approach in their local area.
