Penny Ciniewicz, Director General of Customer Compliance at HM Revenue and Customs, has written to Sir Edward Davey MP, Ruth Cadbury MP and Sir Mike Penning MP, Chairs of the Loan Charge All-Party Parliamentary Group in response to their letter about suspension of HMRC customer communications that require a response from customers within 30 days, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) distancing measures.
