Details

Lancaster District ‘50 Forward’ involved a partnership between Lancaster City Council, Lancashire County Council, Age Concern Lancaster, DWP, and a range of local organisations.

It is co-located in the same premises as the Employment Agency and Volunteer Bureau for older people, enabling volunteering to lead to employment.

The ‘Care Navigator Service’ is designed to help older people navigate through the services and opportunities available.
