This guidance also provides practical examples and references to local authorities who are not setting up an accreditation scheme, but who are promoting workplace health in their local area.

It provides practical tips on how to plan for, design and roll out a Local Healthy Workplace Accreditation Scheme (LHWAS). It gives examples on how common challenges have been solved by existing schemes and signposts to existing national and local sources of evidence and resources to support the process.
