Details

LHA rates for Housing Benefit and Universal Credit from April 24 have been determined in accordance with The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Functions) (Amendment) Order 2024 (SI 2024/ 11).

The tables above show the weekly LHA rates used by Local Authorities to pay people in receipt of Housing Benefit.
