Details

The first comprehensive map of the UK local regulatory landscape was published in 2008, showing the scale of its complexity. It comprises 433 councils, 58 fire and rescue authorities, 152 port health authorities, 11 national regulators and 12 central government departments, their equivalents in some cases in the devolved nations, and various other representative bodies. This second map reflected the feedback received.
