The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) and Heat Networks Investment Project (HNIP) both support the deployment of low carbon heat and contribute to the development of the market for low carbon heat.

This report uses 10 high level indicators to track the overall progress of that market, presenting an indicative, high-level trend.

Individual policies are assessed in stand-alone evaluations and will be published separately.
