Details

The Major Projects Authority (MPA) was set up with a Prime Ministerial mandate in 2011. The mandate confirms the government’s commitment to re-establish world class project delivery in the civil service and improve project performance for the taxpayer. The mandate explains the common major project failings identified in the Major Project Review (2010), the MPA’s role, and how government departments should support the MPA.
