Details
Stalking Protection Orders (SPOs) were introduced by the Stalking Protection Act 2019 and came into force on 20 January 2020. The police can apply to the magistrates’ court to issue a Stalking Protection Order which would require someone to stop doing certain things and/or to do certain things.
