Details

UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff on managing family returns where:

  • the whole family is non-detained

  • one of the family members is a detained foreign national offender (FNO)

  • the FNO is a female who has babies

  • the case must be referred to Immigration Compliance and Engagement (ICE) teams or the Prison Operations and Removals team
