Employers with 250 or more employees in England, Wales and Scotland are legally required to report annually on the gender pay gap within their organisation both on their own website, and via a dedicated Governmental reporting portal. This report summarises the data that employers reported under the second year of the regulations, along with findings from related research conducted by the Government Equalities Office (GEO).
