This guide is to help you understand your rights, and what help is available to you, if you are to be dealt with in the Service justice system. It aims to give you enough information to help you make informed decisions, but it will not answer every question you have.
If you have any questions about your rights, ask for an officer, a warrant officer , a senior rate or a senior non-commissioned officer to help you.
