Details
If deemed necessary in accordance with the amended Delegation Order, the Marine Management Organisation will refer a marine licensing application to the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra). The Secretary of State then will decide whether or not to recover the determination of that application. This guidance sets out the Planning Inspectorate’s procedures if the Secretary of State decides to recover the application.
