Details

The Cabinet Office has conducted an evaluation of the activities carried out by recipients of phase one maximising registration funding. This funding was awarded on a competitive basis. Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) were invited to submit proposals for maximising registration among under registered groups in their local area. Successful applicants rolled out their activity during the delayed canvass period in late 2013 and early 2014.

The evaluation has focused on assessing the impact of the various activities and the lessons learned in the process.

All EROs and their staff should consider how they can apply the lessons learnt from this report to maximise future registration activity. If you have any questions, email [email protected].
