Details

UK Visas and Immigration guidance on how staff manage cases where there is a request to delay the asylum process so that medical evidence of torture or serious harm, usually a Medico-Legal Report (MLR), can be provided. It also covers how to consider medical evidence submitted as part of an asylum claim.
