Three behavioural message reports were conducted throughout the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic from November 2020 to July 2021.

The first report is around confidence in public transport. The second is around encouraging the wearing of face coverings while travelling on public transport. The third focuses on boosting compliance with self-isolation after travel abroad.

All reports cover their methodology and results in detail.
