Details

Guidance on Ministry of Justice (MOJ) over £25,000 data for 2020.

Over £25,000 transparency spend data are taken from the MOJ Aramis finance system.

As required by HM Treasury (HMT), the data relates to accounts payable payment and credit note transactions for grants and procurement spend, recorded at the time the transaction was processed on Aramis. The data excludes any subsequent journal transactions (eg to make corrections) and accounts receivable receipts.

We do not publish everything and HMT lists transactions not to be included in their guidance on data inclusions and redactions.

We are publishing the data in CSV format in monthly files for the various areas of MOJ as explained in the notes on data.
