This publication provides an account of how MAS has helped people manage their money better by giving them access to free, unbiased information and advice about money and, through its funding of free debt advice, has helped drive improvements to the availability, quality and consistency of debt services, in line with its statutory remit.

It sets out how MAS has performed against its business plan and the key performance indicators (KPIs) agreed with the Financial Conduct Authority. It also presents MAS’s full accounts for the 2016 to 2017 financial year.
