Details

This notice should be read with part 2 of the merchant shipping (maritime labour convention) (minimum requirements for seafarers etc.) regulations 2014, the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (health and safety at work) (employment of young persons) regulations 1998 and with MGN 636(M+F) amendment 1.

This notice replaces MSN 1838 (M+F) for merchant ships and other seagoing ships operating commercially. For fishing vessels, see MSN 1882(F) Amendment 1.
