Details

This is the annual report on the performance of National Highways during the 2022 to 2023 reporting year, the third year of the second Road Investment Strategy (RIS 2).

The report builds on advice from the Office of Rail and Road, in its role as highways monitor, and from National Highways’ own reporting.

It includes updates on enhancement delivery and operational performance and offers a look to the future with an update on the RIS3 development.
