Letters from the Secretary of State for Transport seeking the support of UK ports and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) to support the government’s new measures to protect seafarers working on ferries in the UK.

Also included is a reply from MCA, which will work with government to ensure any new regulations introduced will be enforced.
