The NHS Pay Review Body advises the Government on the remuneration of all staff paid under Agenda for Change and employed in the NHS. Since its last report (Cm. 7337, ISBN 9780101733724) the parties have agreed a three-year pay deal, and the Body’s recommended pay uplift of 2.75 per cent for 2008/09 has been implemented in full.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
