Details

The first letter asks the ACMD (Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs) to consider updating their harms assessment of nitrous oxide following the prevalence of the abuse of nitrous oxide.

The second letter from the Minister for Crime, Policing and Fire asks the ACMD if they can consider the health and social harms of nitrous oxide, and whether it should be subject to control under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, by the end of February 2023.
