The attached document provides the text of the notice made under the Customs Safety and Security Procedures (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

The Government has now agreed to extend the above measures until 30 September 2021. New legislation will be brought forward separately to cover the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 September 2021.
