Use this form to tell the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) if you make changes to the specification of a PSV (a ‘notifiable alteration’). There’s no fee for this.
You do not need to provide notification of alterations for the normal like-for-like replacement of worn, defective or damaged parts on a PSV.
