Project Title: The Lived Experience of Veterans from Ethnic Minority Backgrounds
Project reference number: G2-SCH-2021-11-9462
Overview
The make-up of our Armed Forces has changed dramatically over recent decades, and it is more diverse than it has ever been. Diversity is a source of strength for the UK Armed Forces and one of our focus is to better understand the experience of Veterans across all backgrounds. There is very little evidence or data to help inform our understanding of the experiences or needs of UK Armed Forces veterans from ethnic minority backgrounds.
Applications are invited to undertake this research to better understand the experiences of a veteran from an ethnic minority background, to inform future policy and service delivery across government.
