This report sets out the activities of the organisation over the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022. It includes:

On 21 March 2022, the OGA became known by a new business name: North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA), to reflect its evolving role in the energy transition. The OGA remains the legal name of the company.
