Details
This open general export licence (OGEL) allows the export of dual-use items (with both a civilian and military application) from the UK to EU member states and the Channel Islands.
Before using this licence
You must register through SPIRE, the online export licensing system stating where you will keep records of the exports or transfers and where Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) may inspect them.

A revised OGEL has been uploaded to add a destination in Schedule 5.

This OGEL has been updated to permit the export of certain items controlled under Schedule 3 of the Export Control Order 2008, to certain destinations. The updated licence will come into force on 1 April 2024. The licence dated 24 March 2022 will be revoked on 1 April 2024.
