Details

This supplementary memorandum relates to government amendments to the Pensions Bill tabled on 12 February 2014 which confer power to make delegated legislation. It explains:

  • the purpose of the delegated power proposed
  • why the matter is to be dealt with in delegated legislation
  • the nature and justification for any parliamentary procedures that are proposed

This is supplementary to the delegated powers memorandum published in October 2013.
