Use this form when you are transferrring a number of titles. You can use it to transfer whole titles or parts of titles or a mixture of both.

  1. A side note to panel 6 has been amended to replace a reference to "electronic address" with "email address" for clarity.

  2. Panels 4 and 5 have been amended as a result of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2022.
