Mr Prakash will left his role as Director General at the Department for Work and Pensions in December 2018.

Group Chief Technology Officer, Tileny Group

Mayank Prakash sought the Committee’s advice about taking up an appointment with Tilney Group.

The letter containing the Committee’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the appointment was sent in September 2020 and the appointment was announced in the same month.

The Committee wrote to Mr Prakash about his appointment with Uber, refusing to give retrospective advice.
