This notice sets out how we will use your personal data, and your rights. It relates only to the contract management capability programme. It will apply to you if you:
- manage contracts in government
- complete the contracts questionnaire
- register your email address on our mailing list
- take part in training and accreditation
The notice is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Articles 13 and 14.
