This note has been replaced by procurement policy note 08/14: use of pre-qualification questionnaires which was published in July 2014.

The standard Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) core questions, which are mandated for use by all central government departments, their executive agencies and NDPBs in procurements where a PQQ is appropriate, have been revised.
