This document contains the professional standards and guidance for people and organisations who are undertaking fraud risk assessments (FRA) in central government.

It contains guidance on:

  • what good FRA products look like
  • how to correctly implement FRA processes
  • what an organisation needs to consider in relation to FRA

It also contains a competency framework, which outline the knowledge, skills and experience required by those operating effectively and how these develop through the competency framework levels.
