This document contains the following information: Protocol esablished in accordance with article 34 of the Treaty on European Union, amending, as regards the creation of a Customs Files Identification Database, the Convention on the use of information technology for customs purposes: Brussels, 8 May 2003.

The United Kingdom instrument of ratification was deposited on 15 January 2008 and the Protocol entered into force for the United Kingdom on 14 April 2008. This Convention was previously published as EC series no. 1 (2007) Cm. 7039 (ISBN 9780101703925).

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
