Details

The guidance concerns the appropriate employment of public health professionals who carry out roles as consultants in public health and directors of public health and who are included on the GMC Specialist Register/GDC Specialist List or the UK Public Health Register (UKPHR) for Public Health Specialists.

This guidance was developed jointly by the Local Government Association (LGA), PHE, the Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH) and the Faculty of Public Health (FPH).
