The Chair of the Parole Board has granted the application for Stephen Ling’s parole hearing to be made public.

More information about the reasons for this decision are attached.

This hearing was due to be live-streamed to a central London court on the 14th and 15th November 2023. This hearing was adjourned. The oral hearing has now been relisted for 16th and 17th July 2024.
