Details

This research paper reviews the government’s drive to encourage suppliers to engage with skills and training issues and makes suggestions for future development. It aimed to encourage public sector procurers to consider skills training and apprenticeships requirements as part of their procurement programmes, to promote wider economic and social policy. This review was completed in July 2010; some content may no longer reflect Government policy.
