Details

Police and crime commissioners (PCCs) are required to publish certain information to allow the public to hold them to account.

The ‘Police and crime commissioners: publishing information’ guidance sets out the information PCCs must publish and includes a simplified list of the information publication requirements and the timings for publication.

Additional guidance for PCCs on enacting the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) (Amendment) Order 2021 is also provided.
